Carpenter Multi Trader
East London - Social Housing
£19 - £21 per hour CIS - van and fuel card supplied
Temp to Perm
Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter/Plumber Multi Trader to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.
The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in and around Oxfordshire.
This is a temporary to permanent position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.
Main duties include;
- Carpenter Multi Trader
Basic carpentry repairs
Lock fits/repairs
Basic plumbing repairs
Patch plastering
Painting & decorating
Splash back tiling
Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this Multi Trader role.
