Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Office Building – Kensington, South West London – up to £46,000 per annum

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office building in Kensington, South West London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £46,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

• Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
• Water flushing / temp checks logs
• Boosted water pumps
• Fire damper maintenance
• Attending Client meeting
• General PPMs
• Control of sub-contractors
• Permit to work system
• Maintaining Site logbooks

• Electrically or mechanically qualified - Level 2 or 3
• City & Guilds - 18th Edition
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
