Hill McGlynn is currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable electrical subcontractor for an experienced Electrician to work on a hotel refurbishment project located in SW1, Westminster, London. This is a long‑term contract with a duration of 3 months, offering stable work on a well‑structured, multi‑phase refurbishment scheme across three floors.

The Role Works will include strip‑out, 1st fix, and 2nd fix installation of new electrical systems in areas such as kitchens, bars, and other internal spaces within the hotel. The project will be delivered in multiple phases, requiring good coordination, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Assisting with the strip‑out of existing electrical systems
• Supporting 1st and 2nd fix installations
• Working across multiple floors and phased areas
• Installing new electrical services in kitchens, bars, and other fit‑out zones
• Following instructions from site supervisors and senior electricians
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to specification

• Asbestos Awareness Certificate
• Public Liability Insurance
• Valid ECS card (Improver level or above)
• Previous experience working on commercial or hospitality refurbishment projects
• Strong understanding of 1st and 2nd fix electrical works
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Own tools and PPE
• Available for long‑term work in central London (SW1)

• 240-£250 per day, paid weekly by the electrical subcontractor
