We are currently seeking an experienced Wet Trade Plasterer / Tiler to join our maintenance team covering Tower Hamlets.

This is a long-term role working across residential properties (occupied and void), offering consistent hours, strong support and excellent benefits.

Pay Rate: £24.50 per hour

Hours:

Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week

Location:

Tower Hamlets and surrounding areas
Type of Work:
Domestic/residential maintenance & repairs Responsibilities
Plastering: skimming, bonding, patch repairs, rendering
Tiling: walls, floors, splashbacks, bathrooms, repairs
General wet trade tasks and making-good work
Ensuring high-quality finishes in tenants’ homes
Managing your own workload and working independently Requirements
Proven experience in plastering and tiling within domestic settings
Strong knowledge of wet trade repairs and finishing
Own tools and transport initially (company vehicle & tools provided once onboard)
Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
Professional, reliable and able to work with tenants
