We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pump Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, servicing, repair and maintenance of our customers pumping equipment. Experience of centrifugal, submersible, booster and pressurisation is essential. Troubleshooting, inspections and repair solutions are required to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

• Perform onsite installation, maintenance and repair of various types of pumps in the industrial and domestic market.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and provide repair decision.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned projects efficiently and within deadlines.
• Use the PDA system and exhibit IT literacy to complete jobs and update records.
• Respond to breakdowns and carry out emergency site repairs when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while at our customers’ sites.
• Liaise with department heads to ensure efficient site working.

• A full-time position with the option of overtime.
• Twenty days paid holiday per year plus statutory 8 bank holidays.
• Full uniform and PPE equipment provided.
• Regular training.
• Competitive rates of pay.
• Basic hours: 5 x 10-hour shifts.
• Monday - Friday 07:00 to 17:00 day shift мен some nights; weekday and weekend overtime may be required to cover call‑outs.

• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering, Building Maintenance, or equivalent qualification.
• Electrical knowledge and safe isolation of both single and 3‑phase systems.
• Proven experience working within the Pump industry.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to obtain a CRC.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Desirable:
  Confined space certification (training will be provided).
