About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Van Mobile Plumber / Mechanical Engineer to join our team, covering a portfolio of 25 commercial buildings along the M25 corridor. This is a mobile role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across multiple sites.
What You’ll Be Doing

* Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing and mechanical maintenance

* Diagnosing and repairing faults across commercial building systems

* Ensuring compliance and accurate reporting through Elogbooks (CAFM system)

* Supporting site teams and maintaining high standards of service delivery

What We’re Looking For

* Qualified plumber or mechanical engineer

* Experience in commercial maintenance

* Strong fault-finding skills

* Comfortable working independently across multiple sites

* Good communication and CAFM reporting skills
