The Company
An award-winning, independent Chartered Building Surveying and Project Management practice that puts its people first. Formed over 30 years ago, the company has built a strong reputation and now operates successfully from two branches across the South of England.
They believe their unique culture is their defining feature. They've created a personable and accessible place to work — an office where you know all your colleagues, not just your team. This is evident in their open-plan offices, where you'll find Directors and Partners actively working alongside everyone else, not tucked away behind closed doors.
Work isn't everything, and they make sure to connect outside the office, too. They're a social bunch who organise regular events like quarterly team nights out and summer)', "Last year, they even treated the whole company, families included to a fantastic weekend retreat at the Down Hall Hotel & Spa.
They trust their team, offering flexible working that requires just three days a week in the office, giving everyone better control over their work-life balance.
