Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients.

• Competitive Salary - £49,767 per annum

• Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings – All overtime is paid as time and a half (Earn an average of £12,000 extra per year)
• Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance

What you’ll be doing :

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

Essential :

• Valid UK driver’s license
• Refrigeration engineering experience
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
• CO2 Qualification
• Supermarket refrigeration experience
• Excellent communication and time management
• A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness

Additional info :

• The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• On-call rota : 1 in every 4 weeks
