-Rejected (National coverage with flexibility to attend sites and HQ) / Covering London, North Hampshire & Surrey
Salary: Up to £40,000 (dependent on experience)+ Company Van + Tools + Pension + Benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, with flexibility for weekends / overnight stays)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Remarkable Jobs are hiring on behalf of our client for a Commercial Electrician. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a fast-growing organisation delivering CCTV and095smart system solutions across the UK.Commercial Electrician Role
As a Commercial Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation of CCTV systems, smart technology, cameras, barriers, kiosks, and associated hardware. This role is ideal for someone ctypes with strong electrical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a safety-first approach. You will ensure all works are carried out to the highest standards, meeting compliance and client expectations.
Commercial ElectricianKey Responsibilities
- Carry out installations.
- Conduct site surveys and assess installation requirements.
- Configure and calibrate electrical and electronic systems for optimal performance.
- Ensure all installations meet health and safety standards and technical specifications.
- Liaise with clients, site contacts, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain accurate installation records, including photos, reports, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after installation.
- Maintain tools, PPE, and vehicle readiness for field operations.
Essential Qualifications
- Electrical qualifications - NVQ Level 3 minimum (18th Edition preferred).
- Experience installing electrical systems such as CCTV or other smart technology equipment.
- Strong understanding of networking, IP cameras, and system integration.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel / stay away as required.
- Excellent understanding of Health & Safety regulations
Outra. - Exceptional organisation and reporting skills using MS Office / 365.
- CSCS / ECS, IPAF, IOSH / NEBOSH or similar certification.
- Previous experience working in commercial / field-based installation roles.
- Strong technical competence (Electrical, Civils, Serikali)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and resilience when faced with challenges.
- A team player with the ability to work independently on-site.
