Rotating Machinery Services hold 35 years of experience working with industrial equipment. Supplying engineers on-site to carry out servicing and repairs to equipment.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on delivering high-quality engineering solutions. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for a range of electrical systems and projects, ensuring they meet industry standards and operational requirements.

• Attend various sites to complete electrical installation tasks, including single/three phase supplies, tray work, and conduit.
• Maintain electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections, tests, and preventative maintenance of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to support ongoing projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Produce detailed reports and documentation for all electrical work completed.
• Conduct general electrical systems maintenance and troubleshoot electrical issues with testing equipment.
• Install, service, and maintain electrical systems and appliances in accordance with the current edition of IET Wiring Regulations.
• Basic plc fault finding (advantageous).
• Panel building (advantageous).
• Assist building and wiring machines in workshop.
• Install new machines on site including power supply and control wiring.

• A relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in electrical engineering, ideally within an industrial or commercial setting.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and circuit design.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., IET wiring regulations, health and safety).
• Clean driving licence.
• Electrical installation experience to include lighting systems.
• Provide own basic tools.
• Inspection and testing preferable.

• Competitive salary of £45,000 per annum.
• A Monday to Friday working schedule (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM), early finishes on Fridays (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM).
