Secure Wais UK Ltd is a high-end electronic security integrator working across prestigious commercial and residential sites. We specialise in physical security engineering, delivering reliable, long-term solutions for clients who value quality, consistency, and trust.
We’re looking for a Senior Security Service Engineer to join our servicing team, supporting Access Control and CCTV systems, alongside intruder and fire systems, across live client environments.
The role
This is a hands-on senior servicing role focused on fault-finding, preventative maintenance, and high-quality customer support. You’ll act as a senior technical point of contact for servicing works, taking ownership of complex and recurring issues across both physical hardware and system software, while helping to maintain the long-term client relationships Secure Wais is known for.
The role suits someone who takes pride in doing the job properly, communicates clearly with clients, and approaches servicing with both technical care and commercial awareness.

What you’ll be doing

* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive servicing

* Advanced fault-finding across CCTV, access control, intruder, and fire systems

* Diagnosing issues across both hardware components and system software, including configuration and connectivity

* Acting as an escalation point for complex or repeat issues

* Advising clients on system performance, improvements, and remedial works

* Ensuring all work meets British Standards and health & safety requirements

* Producing clear, accurate service reports and documentation
What we’re looking for

* Strong experience servicing physical security systems (CCTV & access control essential)

* Confident fault-finding across equipment, software, and IP-based systems

* Working understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, PoE, switches)

* Comfortable working directly with clients and representing the business on site

* Organised, reliable, and safety-focused

* Full UK driving licence and ability to obtain BPSS/SC clearance
