Working Foreperson / Foreman – Aftercare & Small Works

We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated Working Foreperson / Foreman to support our client’s expanding Aftercare and Small Works team in London.

You will :

• Carry out ad-hoc repairs and defect rectification to exceptional standards
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors on-site
• Maintain safe working environments and enforce quality expectations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Manage digital task and reporting tools day‑to‑day

This role combines hands‑on trade work with leadership and site coordination.

• Relevant trade qualification — ideally carpentry or plumbing
• Strong background in maintenance and construction
• Competent with hand and power tools
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Able to manage tasks, materials and contractors using a handheld device

• Experience in high‑end residential refurbishment
• SSSTS
• First Aid at Work
• PASMA
• familiarity with Tradify and / or digital site management tools
