Overview

This Plumber Multi Trade role offers the potential to obtain a permanent contract after 6 months.
Responsibilities- Carrying out response repair for private and commercial sectors
- Plumbing – fitting taps, sinks, toilets, fixing leaks, basic pipe work
- Basic carpentry
- Patch plastering, patch tiling, painting etc.
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience in social housing and domestic settings
- Experience working on voids and tenanted properties
- Clean DBS
- A company van and fuel card provided
- Overtime available
- On‑going contract work
- Potential to convert to a permanent contract after 6 months
- Pension scheme after 6 months
- Specialist tools provided
Salary: £22 – £24 per hour (up to £40k per annum).
Location & TravelThe head office is based in Enfield and is easily accessible from Central London via the A503 and A105, or from the North via the M1 and A41.
