• Install or maintain heating systems
• Prepare landlord certificates and related documentation
• Service and repair boilers, including breakdowns and breakdown fault finding
• Replace boilers and perform boiler changes
• Respond to emergency repairs
• Carry out general plumbing and heating work as required
• Maintain accurate reporting of work performed

• Own hand tools for daily tasks
• Extensive knowledge of boiler breakdowns and fault finding
• Full and clean UK driving licence
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Gas Safe engineer
• Strong communication skills, excellent time‑keeping and a professional manner
• Current ACS gas qualifications (essential)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines using own initiative
