Candidate Information- Good customer service skills, well presented and articulate
- Experience of working on property maintenance contracts and competent in a wide range of carpentry including fire door installation, fencing & decking, assembling shelves/units, skirting boards, etc.
- Ideal candidate also has experience of painting and decorating
- As a multi-trader based from home, work on a mobile basis carrying out general property maintenance such as painting and decorating and carpentry work.
- General building maintenance experience such as fencing/decking, skirting boards, fire door installation, etc.
- Cover the West side of London, ensuring all works are carried out professionally and in a timely manner.
