42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday-Friday)

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association who are looking for an experienced plumber in the Ealing area.

Day to day duties:

• Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs in occupied properties
• Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
• Fixing leaks and leak detection
• Installing bath panels, pipe work, taps
• Providing high levels of customer care at all times

Role Criteria:

• Experience in Plumbing
• Social housing experience
• A UK full valid driving license
• All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK,
• To drive vehicle for the role, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
• Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
