Salary:
Up to £56,000 DOE

Shift Pattern:
Continetal days and nights

• Electrical Bias
• Data centre/Critical site experience

• HVAP (must be expired or in date)

• PPMs, maintenance, switching, generators

When are you interviewing and what is the interview process? Two stages, teams and onsite

• Ensure that routine PPMs are carried out to all mechanical and electrical plant in accordance with site task schedules and asset lists.
• All electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS and lighting systems.
• Make sure all work is carried out to a high standard and to industry practices.
• This role requires a HV qualification and the individual must obtain Authorised Person status to meet contract requirements.
• Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the building are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made.
• These reactive calls also include concessionary stores and fabric related items.
• The individual must work in a safe manner at all times and evacuate any incidents or hazards as soon as reasonably practicable to your line manager.
• Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order at all times. Escalate any concerns or issues to your Shift Manager.
• Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. The role provides parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works.
