Base pay range
Service Security Engineer | London | £38,000 - £42,000 DOE + Callout (£100 standby) + Door-to-Door Travel Pay
Callout: 1 in 7 (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities- Carry out PPM servicing on CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems
- Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance and optimal performance
- Identify and advise on any remedial works required (minimal hands‑on repairs)
- Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently to minimise downtime
- Carry out minor remedial works and component replacements (e.g., cameras, maglocks, single-door systems)
- Work with leading systems such as C‑Cure, Paxton, ACT, Milestone, Hikvision, and Gallagher
- Configure and maintain IP‑based security systems
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and client requirements
- Proven experience servicing electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms)
- Basic knowledge of IP networking for security systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Competitive salary up to £42,000 (DOE)
- Callout standby payment of £100 per week
- Door‑to‑door travel pay

You will be responsible for fault diagnosis, routine maintenance, and minor remedial works to ensure systems remain fully operational and compliant with industry standards. Manufacturer training will be provided to enhance your technical expertise.
