• Locksmith (high priority).
• Handyman / Multi-Trade Operatives.
• Plumbers.
• Electricians (Part P / NICEIC ideal).
• Carpenters / Joiners.
• Painters & Decorators.
• uPVC / Window & Door Repair Specialists.
• Flooring Repair (Laminate, Vinyl, Carpet Patching).
• Tilers.
• Plasterers.
• Roofers.
• Gas Engineers (Gas Safe).
• Pest Control.
• Drainage Specialists.

• Strong hands‑on experience in your trade.
• Consistent reliability and professional conduct.
• Good communication with tenants & agents.
• Own tools, transport, and public liability insurance.
• Ability to provide invoices.
• Relevant trade certifications where applicable.
