Responsibilities & Qualifications

X2 Qualified carpenter/locksmith – Experience and knowledge of working within communal areas and carrying out repairs. Ability to carry out forced entries and lock changes to any and all types of locks/doors. Experience and knowledge of UPVC, timber sash, metal and crystal window repairs. Confidence in completing joinery repairs, making/fitting of doors, repairing doors and making safes. Ability to fix and/or replace fencing and gates.
X1 Qualified window specialist – Experience and knowledge of working within communal areas and carrying out repairs. Ability to diagnose any faults on UPVC, timber sash, metal and crystal windows and doors. Confident in carrying out any and all repairs to windows and doors. Able to problem‑solve and bring new ideas to the repair process. Experience in other carpentry work is also welcomed.
Additional skills in wet‑trade works such as plastering or decorating are also welcomed.
