Role Carpenter (Multi Trade)
Salary £35,000 – £45,000 (Subject to overtime / call out)
Location SW London & TW postcodes

The CompanyWorking for a maintenance specialist who’s contracts are with local authorities within the SW & TW postcodes.
The Role- Carpentry biased role carrying out Multi Trade works with the aim to deliver first time fix. This will be on a reactive or planned works basis. Works can include but not limited to :
Kitchen Fitting, Bathroom installs / refurbs, and voids.
- Competent use of PDA & mobile devices
- Level 2 NVQ Carpentry
- Full UK Drivers License
- Social Housing experience (Preferred)
- Relevant industry qualifications
- Straight permanent offer with a salary of £35,000 – £42,000
