Base pay range:
Location: Lambeth & surrounding areas.
Salary: £42,000-£45,000 per annum (DOE).

We are seeking an experienced Working Electrical Supervisor to lead and support a team of electricians while remaining hands‑on with electrical installation, maintenance, and remedial works. The role is based in Lambeth and covers residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

• Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day electrical works on site.
• Carry out hands‑on electrical installation, maintenance, and fault‑finding.
• Lead, support, and mentor electricians and apprentices.
• Ensure compliance with BS 7671, health & safety, and company procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Plan works, allocate tasks, and manage productivity.
• Liaise with clients, site managers, and internal teams.
• Complete job sheets, reports, and certification accurately.
• Identify additional works and report to management.
• Ensure tools, materials, and company vehicles are used and maintained correctly.

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Senior Electrician.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations, testing, and fault diagnosis.
• Experience working in residential and/or commercial environments.
• Confident leading teams while remaining hands‑on.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload and priorities effectively.

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition (BS 7671).
• AM2.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Inspection & Testing (2391 or equivalent).
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• ECS Gold Card.
• Experience in social housing, local authority, or reactive maintenance contracts.
