If you're tired of the same old emergency-light-only routes or boxed-in social housing contracts, this one’s for you. This is a commercial-only role with varied sites, solid kit, and real support, including a monthly bonus shared across the whole team.
What’s on offer- £40K+ basic (negotiable based on experience)
- Monthly profit-share bonus not based on commission or KPI’s
- All hand tools supplied (no buying your own)
- Training with Protec, Advanced, FIA, and Zeus
- 28 days holiday + increasing with service (+ Xmas shutdown)
- Oncall 1 in 10 - with double time paid whilst out with full D2D
- Servicing, fault finding, and remedial work on fire alarms
- Emergency lighting checks (not the sole focus)
- Small installations
- Working mostly in Essex and London
- Solid experience with fire alarm systems, especially Advanced panels
- Clean UK driving licence
- Confident working independently in commercial settings
