VIGO is partnering with a leading smart building specialist to appoint a BEMS Installation Supervisor who puts quality and safety first. In this role, you’ll take charge of BEMS electrical installation projects, lead a dedicated team, and support their development as they grow in the industry.

As Installation Supervisor, you’ll oversee the full scope of BEMS electrical projects, working across both on-site and remote settings. Your leadership will ensure industry standards and safety protocols are upheld, projects run smoothly, and junior talent continues to progress under your guidance. By combining technical oversight with people-focused leadership, you’ll play a key role in driving both team success and organisational growth.

• Oversee and manage daily activities, schedules, and tasks of electricians and subcontractors
• Verify and ensure safety procedures and industry standards are maintained
• Lead electrical installation projects by interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Execute thorough checks and inspections of installations
• Resolve complex electrical problems and carry out regular system checks
• Keep detailed documentation of work completed, materials used, and essential project paperwork
• Maintain clear communication between all involved parties for successful project execution

• Has Level 4 technical certificate or similar
• Experience in project management or health and safety certification is a plus
• Demonstrates leadership and mentorship skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
