We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to join a busy maintenance team in Kingston. This is a temp-to-perm position offering long-term stability within a commercial environment. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical maintenance and fault-finding skills, along with experience working on building services systems.

• Support a busy maintenance team in a commercial environment with electrical maintenance tasks and fault-finding
• Work on building services systems, ensuring reliability and safety
• Adhere to health and safety and safe isolation procedures
• Work independently or as part of a team as required

• Level 3 qualification in one of the following: C&G #removed# Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems & Equipment (Buildings, Structures & Environment)
• EAL NVQ Level 3 Installing Electrotechnical Systems & Equipment
• C&G 2356 Level 3 Electrotechnical Services - Electrical Installation (Buildings & Structures)
• C&G 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation (Buildings & Structures)
• OR older qualifications such as C&G 236 Part A & B or Part 1 & 2
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (C&G #removed# or EAL equivalent)
• Strong fault-finding and general maintenance abilities
• Experience with in commercial or retail environments preferred
• Good understanding of health and safety and safe isolation procedures
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
