Role Overview

This full‑time hybrid role based in Greater London (with occasional remote work) seeks an Air Conditioning Service Engineer to maintain, repair, and service air‑conditioning systems, diagnose and resolve HVAC issues, conduct regular inspections, keep service records, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing of air‑conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and rectify issues with HVAC equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide customer support and maintain service records.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in building maintenance and building services.
• Skills in maintenance & repair of HVAC systems.
• Experience in facility management (FM).
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Professional qualifications such as an NVQ or equivalent in a relevant field (preferred).
• Problem‑solving, attention to detail, and effective communication.
• Full and valid UK driving licence.
• Prior experience with air‑conditioning servicing, including split systems and VRF/VRV systems, is an advantage.
