Company OverviewDaniel Owen are recruiting for a social housing contractor based in East London. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join their team on an ongoing basis, working across a variety of social housing projects.
Key Responsibilities- Carrying out general maintenance on occupied properties
- Completing void work (properties that are vacant and require maintenance)
- Plastering, including all aspects of plastering and rendering
- Providing additional support with other trades when required
- Experience working in social housing or council properties
- Plastering NVQ
- A full UK driving license (essential for travel to sites)
- Previous experience in multi-trade roles would be an advantage
- Competitive salary of £38,500 per year
