Plasterer (Repairs / Maintenance)

Permanent Full Time

As a multi‑skilled plasterer you will be the friendly face of Morgan Sindall Property Services and carry out the operational duties of an all‑round multi‑skilled plasterer, including associated works, across the full range of repairs services ensuring high quality workmanship and high standards of performance. You will deal with customers face‑to‑face, so you need to have a great level of customer service and a positive and proactive approach to your work.

You should be self‑sufficient and able to work independently.

You will ideally be highly skilled with appropriate qualifications or working toward these, such as City & Guilds or an NVQ Level 2 in plastering. You should be a self‑motivated individual who takes pride in their work and can work remotely with minimum supervision. You should have a good working knowledge of legislation relating to H&S and hold a Blue CSCS card or be working towards it.

Social housing experience is required, along with the ability to use a handheld mobile tablet. You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
