Candidate Information- Good customer service skills, well presented and articulate.
- Experience of working on property maintenance contracts and competent on a wide range of carpentry including fire door installation, fencing & decking, assembling shelves/units, skirting boards, etc.
- Experience of painting and decorating.
- Multi-trader based from home, working on a mobile basis, responsible for carrying out general property maintenance such as painting and decorating and carpentry work.
- General building maintenance experience such as fencing/decking, skirting boards, fire door installation, etc.
- Covering the West side of London; responsible for ensuring all works are carried out professionally and in a timely manner.
