• Salary: £38,784 - £42,038 base

We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Engineer to work within social housing properties across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified domestic electrician looking for stability, long‑term progression, and strong earning potential. • Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties
• Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and upgrades
• Work in compliance with BS 7671 and all electrical safety standards
• Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation
• Ensure safe working practices across all tasks

• Level 2 / Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (essential)
• AM2 qualification (essential)
• Experience working in social housing, domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and regulations

• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent
• Additional electrical certifications or specialist courses

• £38,784 - £42,038 base salary
