CIS Security has an exciting opportunity available for a Corporate Security Officer who will be an ambassador to represent CIS Security and will demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our customers and service users.

Shifts:

3 days, 3 nights, 3 off

• SIA Licence required
• Security and customer service experience is required
• Must have good command of English language
• Good levels of customer service, communication both written & verbal
• Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site
• Maintains working knowledge of the locations & security & safety for assigned areas
• First Aid qualification & a CCTV SIA Licence is a bonus
• To have a smart appearance befitting the company
• Be confident you can undertake 100% of all specific duties
• Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested

• Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.
• Able to work in a team as well as on your own and can be pro‑active and think on your feet using initiative.
• Calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner.
• Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift.
• Confident in writing incident and shift reports.
• To always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.
• To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.
• The role includes conducting opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, conducting emergency procedures.
• Part of a team seeing the site through from refurbishment to business as usual and comfortable working on a construction site moving into an office environment.
