In this role, you will lead the Cyber Broking team within the Global Broking Centre, driving strategy, excellence and growth across a rapidly expanding Cyber book. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Aon to establish and execute a market‑leading Cyber broking agenda.

• Design, implement and deliver the Aon Cyber broking strategy
• Support Aon’s global Cyber growth agenda
• Partner with BU and regional leaders to define and deliver broking priorities and plans
• Position the GBC Cyber team as a Centre of Excellence within Aon’s global network
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline, collaborating with key stakeholders to secure new opportunities
• Develop opportunities for cross‑Aon collaboration and synergy
• Oversee the client centric approach and strong network office engagement and support
• Drive efficiency and excellence in post‑placement activities
• Create a culture of continuous learning and development across the team

This role places you at the forefront of one of the fastest‑growing specialty lines in the London market. You will collaborate with senior leaders across Aon’s global Cyber network, play a central role in shaping strategy, and be supported by a strong leadership team, global infrastructure and the extensive capabilities of the Global Broking Centre. Your work will directly influence the continued growth and evolution of a substantial and rapidly expanding Cyber portfolio.

• Strong leadership background with proven experience managing broking teams
• Deep knowledge of the London market and established Cyber expertise
• Ability to build and execute strategy while driving excellence and quality
• Strong client engagement, pipeline development and stakeholder management skills
• Commitment to developing talent, embedding an inclusive culture and supporting performance

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office
