X Cyber security Response Lawyers; multi-level

Our customer, a leading disputes and regulatory practice is seeking three experienced Cyber Security Response Lawyers to support a significant increase in cyber breach response work from established global insurer clients.

Due to a predicted surge in instructions, the team is expanding capacity and is open to lawyers ranging from Associate to Senior Associate level (up to 8+ years' PQE), with flexibility for more senior candidates who bring deep cyber insurance expertise.

You will focus exclusively on insurance-led cyber breach response matters, acting for major insurer clients and their insureds in live cyber incidents.

The work will include both contentious and advisory elements, such as:

• Leading and managing end-to-end cyber incident response matters
• Advising insurers on coverage‑related cyber issues
• Coordinating with forensic, technical and crisis management stakeholders
• Managing regulatory exposure and strategic response considerations
• Supporting insured clients through high‑pressure breach scenarios
• Liaising with global stakeholders across jurisdictions

This is hands‑on, fast‑paced work requiring technical fluency in cyber response frameworks and insurer expectations.

• Demonstrable experience in insurance‑led cyber breach response
• Strong cyber security background
• Solid understanding of how insurers respond to cyber incidents and manage claims
• Experience working with insurance carriers or within insurance‑focused cyber practices
