A well-established London-based security company is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage a key client within the CCTV and Access Control sector. This is a pivotal role focused on delivering high-quality security services while developing and maintaining a strong, long-term client relationship.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of a major contract, ensuring service excellence across all CCTV and Access Control operations.

You will act as the primary point of contact for the client, proactively addressing issues, coordinating internal teams, and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery within CCTV and Access Control environments.

This role is ideal for an Account Manager with a strong background in the security industry, particularly CCTV and Access Control, who is confident working at both an operational and strategic level. You will play a key role in planning, performance management, and continuous improvement across CCTV and Access Control solutions.
