The Role

As an Assistant Security Manager
, you’ll support the Security Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading teams on the ground, and ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and clients.

Pay Rate: £15.61 p/h,
Location: London, EC3V,
Role Requirements: SIA License

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and motivating security teams across shifts
• Support the planning and delivery of effective security operations
• Ensure compliance with site procedures, policies, and legal requirements
• Respond to incidents professionally and decisively
• Conduct patrols, inspections, and risk assessments
• Support training, performance monitoring, and staff development
• Act as a key point of contact in the Security Manager’s absence

About You

• Proven experience in the security industry, ideally in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Calm, professional, and confident under pressure
• Excellent report-writing and attention to detail
• Valid security licence (as required by local regulations)
• Flexible, reliable, and committed to high standards
