Provide fundamental security duties across multiple sites in London, including access control, customer service, fire evacuations, meeting and greeting, standing, patrolling, and health and safety.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with a confident and personable manner.
• Strong customer service focus, delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Reliability, trustworthiness, punctuality.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, multitask and prioritise.
• Physical capability for all duties.
• Computer proficiency, Microsoft Office.
• Valid SIA license.
• First Aid at Work qualification.

• Prior security experience.
• Exposure to Protective Security or Counter‑Terrorism advice.
• Experience with in hospitality or corporate sectors.
• Knowledge of security threat detection technologies.
• Enhanced communication, listening and customer service skills.

• Compliance with BS7858: 5‑year work‑history screening.
