Contract Support Officers support security operations at various client sites, working independently and together with teams. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

• Access control and customer service
• Fire evacuations
• Meeting and greeting duties
• Standing, patrolling, and health & safety

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident and personable manner
• Exceptional customer service focus
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize effectively
• Physical fitness for all role duties
• Computer confident, proficient in Microsoft Office
• Possession of a valid SIA licence
• First Aid at Work qualification or ability to obtain and retain it

• Previous security experience
• Exposure to protective security or counter terrorism advice
• Experience in hospitality or corporate sectors
• Familiarity with security threat detection technologies
• Enhanced communication and customer service skills

• Sine dal BS7858 Standard: check work history for the past 5 years
