** The Role
** The Logistics Supervisor at Olympia is responsible for the effective management and leadership of the Logistics Security Officers, ensuring the safety and security of the logistics and loading bay area. This role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating team activities, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and acting as the primary point of contact for logistics security matters. The Supervisor will foster a culture of professionalism, service excellence, and continuous improvement within the team.  

As part of a skilled team of SIA licenced security and customer service professionals, you will be motivated, approachable, flexible, and dependable. You will demonstrate service excellence through all interactions with stakeholders, including our customer, resident businesses, and members of the public. * At least 18 years old - licence requirement by the Security Industry Authority.

* Ideally SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence holders.
* SIA CCTV licence holders.
* Able to work 12-hour shifts covering days, nights and weekends.
** Your core responsibilities will include**### Team Leadership & Supervision
* Lead, motivate, and support the team of Logistics Security Officers, ensuring high standards of performance and conduct.
* Coordinate shift schedules, manage attendance, and oversee daily deployment of officers.
* Provide coaching, training, and ongoing development to team members.
* Conduct regular briefings and debriefings to ensure effective communication and operational readiness.

Operational Oversight
* Oversee all aspects of access control, vehicle screening, and goods movement within the loading bay ensuring chain of custody integrity.
* Ensure compliance with estate security protocols, including ANPR, CCTV, and visitor management systems.
* Monitor and review incident reports, logs, and handover notes for accuracy and completeness.
* Coordinate high-risk or high-value deliveries, implementing enhanced security measures as required.

Stakeholder Engagement
* Liaise with delivery personnel, contractors, facilities teams, tenant representatives, and the Control Room to ensure smooth logistics operations.
