Security Officers - Start ASAP
Responsibilities- Be the face of security, ensuring top-notch service and safety at London Heathrow.
- Work as a team to meet guest needs and actively contribute to the efforts of all departments.
- Carry out regular patrols of the centre as detailed in the site assignment instructions, being proactive.
- Continuously look for opportunities to assist visitors at the centre.
- Ensure incidents are managed in accordance with site policies and procedures.
- Liaise with the site control room, proactively reacting to incidents and ensuring colleagues are fully briefed and supported.
- Maintain vigilance and highlight / manage unauthorised access by banned individuals.
- Ensure radio procedures are always adhered to.
- Liaise closely with the Environmental Services team to deliver a seamless one-team service.
- A positive attitude and teamwork skills are essential; no prior experience required.
- Earn a £3000 joining bonus, competitive pay, and flexible shift patterns.
LOCATION :
London Heathrow
SHIFT PATTERN:
Monday to Friday;
Tuesday to Saturday;
Saturday to Sunday; 4 on 4 off shift basis
PAY RATE: 22.56 per hour to 24.40 per hour
Role Overview And PurposeSecurity Officer will ensure exemplary standards of Security and Customer Service are always provided to the client and visitors to the site. The role will be the public face of the Security Team and should always act with professionalism. A can do attitude is essential in this highly influential role. Main Duties & Responsibilities :
Be an ambassador of the site delivering first class guest focussed service each time. Works as a team player in meeting guest needs and actively contributing to the efforts of all departments. Carry out regular patrols of the centre as detailed in the site assignment Instructions being always proactive. Continuously look for opportunities to be of assistance to visitors at the centre proactively helping wherever opportunities arise.
Ensuring all incidents are managed in accordance with site policies and procedures. Liaising with site control room proactively reacting to incidents and ensuring colleagues are fully briefed and always supported. Intelligent understanding of human behaviour monitoring and surveillance of suspect individuals logging and reporting incidents in line with site / company polices. Maintain vigilance and highlight / manage unauthorised access by banned individuals.
Ensure radio procedures are always adhered to. Liaise closely with the Environmental Services team delivering one service and highlight opportunities in working as one team.
