Kingdom Group is working in partnership with a Prestigious Retail Client and we have a great opportunity for a Relief Security Officer to join our team. Our client is a highly regarded, household name retailer, well-known for their product innovation and uncompromising quality. They have evolved their retail estate, transforming the customer experience in-store, and are looking for Relief Security Officers that reflect the new direction the business has moved in.

Where: London, SE1 area and surrounding sites.

When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP!

Hours: Up to 60 hours per week over a range of days and variable shifts.

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour.

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring the premises.
• Provide a visible deterrent within the store against theft, anti-social behaviour, violence, and criminal activity to create and support a safe shopping environment.
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Engage with police and other security personnel to improve service levels – this may include crime partnership meetings, shop watch schemes, and police meetings.
• Deal with confrontational situations in a calm, sensitive and professional manner.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement and a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
• Knowledge of SCONE.
• A valid SIA licence (DS).
• A full five-year checkable employment history.
