Front of House Security Officer for the tallest commercial skyscraper in the heart of London. Integral to ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for occupiers, visitors, and staff. Roles include front of house, events, lobby area, loading bay.

• Position: H22 Security Scanning Officer
• Location:
  
  Central London (EC2N)
• Pay: £15.57 per hour
• Hours:
  
  Average 29 hours per week
• Shift pattern: 4 On 4 Off – Days

• SIA Door Supervisor Licence required
• Exceptional communication skills, ability to defuse tensions
• Professional appearance and well presented at all times
• Friendly, professional, engaging, courteous, outgoing
• Flexibility for relief assignments, early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Winning mentality – continuous improvement of performance and service delivery
• Physically fit; able to stand/walk for long periods, complete patrols internally and externally

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over tasks and security procedures

• Provide a professional and welcoming presence by greeting all occupiers and visitors upon entry and exit, exceeding customer expectations

• Maintain a calm demeanour under pressure with agility to adapt to evolving situations
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism
• Detect, deter and respond to any potential security threats in or around the premises

• Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, following established processes and procedures
• Follow instructions from the management team while ensuring seamless security operations
• Deliver a world‑class customer experience, demonstrating exceptional service
• Collaborate effectively with other service providers and departments to maintain a smooth operational environment
• Adhere to all site‑specific work instructions and security protocols
• Conduct internal and external patrols to maintain a secure and controlled environment
