Crystal Palace Football Club is a Premier League club with a long history. We operate across three sites – our London office, Selhurst Park stadium and our Training Ground/Academy – and aim to provide the best atmosphere and culture for fans and employees.

To provide a robust and diligent security operation for Crystal Palace Football Club across its sites on weekdays, events/functions, and some matchdays, to create and preserve an environment where employees, visitors and property are safe and well protected.

• Operating and monitoring all CCTV equipment, radios and ancillary equipment to provide pro-active and reactive monitoring of CCTV cameras to assist with the detection of crime, antisocial behaviour, fire and any other alerts.
• Operate and monitor all systems within the control room in an effective and efficient manner; ensure all work complies with operating procedures, current legislation (GDPR) and current code of practice.
• Maintain a close liaison with the Head of Security and Security supervisors.
• Record all events and actions in a clear and accurate format using the current software-based solution in the CCTV control room.
• Monitor, operate and communicate using all forms of equipment.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required by the line manager.
• Uphold and promote the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities.

• Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
• SIA and CCTV licence.
• Previous experience of using CCTV equipment and radio communications.
• Willing to work unsociable hours as a majority of the 12 hour shifts will be overnight.
• Flexible and able to work a varied schedule when necessary.
