We are seeking a highly motivated and SIA licensed Security Officer to join our team. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent observational skills, a strong sense of integrity, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment for our clients and staff.

• Conduct routine patrols of the premises to ensure security and detect any suspicious activities.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security risks.
• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent unauthorized access or disturbances.
• Perform access control duties, including checking identification, verifying credentials, and issuing visitor badges.
• Complete detailed reports on security incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
• Conduct searches for prohibited items in accordance with established procedures.
• Stay updated on security industry best practices and maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Attend regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Valid SIA Security Officer license.
• Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for report writing and system monitoring.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
