Unitrust is looking to recruit reliable Contract Support Officers to deliver security officer duties predominantly at a prestigious site in the Holborn area and across multiple sites within London. As the company grows its client base, we value strong relationships with our colleagues and clients, ensuring the best delivery service. The candidate will enjoy working at different locations with different teams and occasionally single person sites.

You must enjoy working on your own initiative and have a keen interest in securing our client sites. The pay will depend on the site you work at; we are a member of the Living Wage Foundation – 99% of our clients pay the Living Wage or above. You must hold a Security Guarding or Door Supervisor SIA Licence to work within our business.

The role suits someone seeking flexibility, who enjoys working in varied role. A day‑to‑day in the life as Contract Support Officer involves access control, customer service, fire evacuations, meeting and greeting, standing, patrolling and health & safety.

• Reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality in all responsibilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, multitask, and prioritise effectively.
• Physically able to perform all duties associated with the role.
• Computer confident, proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Possess a valid SIA license.
• First Aid at Work qualification.

• Previous Security Experience (desired but not essential).
• Exposure to relevant Protective Security or Counter Terrorism Advice.
• Prior experience in the security industry and/or within the hospitality or corporate sectors.
• Familiarity with technologies used to detect security threats.
• Enhanced communication, listening, and customer service skills or the ability to develop further in this field.
