The Global Operations Centre Controller plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our people, property, and information. The GOC monitors emerging threats and risks to minimise disruptions and maintain the highest standards of service and protection. This team is essential to safeguarding our operations and supporting business continuity across global environments.

This is a dynamic and critical position that requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and adherence to security protocols. As a Global Operations Centre Controller
, you will work closely with internal security teams and external partners to ensure compliance, respond to incidents, and uphold integrity and confidentiality in all processes. Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Monitor alarms and CCTV across global offices and events, escalating issues to Security Officers and following SOPs to ensure compliance
• Identify and escalation threats and risks to business operations and employee safety, including verifying wellbeing through direct communication.
• Support travel risk workflows by triaging and escalating high-risk travel incidents
• Provide emergency and critical assistance to employees during incidents such as P0 events, harassment, fire, unauthorised access and more
• Respond professionally and compassionately to calls and Slack messages, delivering high-quality customer service
• Redirect non-security queries to appropriate teams when necessary
• Operate key security systems including C-Cure 9000, Mission Control, and Genetec.
• Create accurate and timely reports for incidents and events to support investigations
• Log all contact made with the Global Operations Centre (GOC) and report system faults or outages
