Our Customer Olympia is an iconic venue and undergoing a period of significant change, described as London’s most ambitious transformation, work is currently underway to remodel the estate into a world class cultural hub. The Logistics Supervisor at Olympia is responsible for the effective management and leadership of the Logistics Security Officers, ensuring the safety and security of the logistics and loading bay area. This role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating team activities, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and acting as the primary point of contact for logistics security matters. The Supervisor will foster a culture of professionalism, service excellence, and continuous improvement within the team.

We’re looking for people who are Friendly, approachable, and professional in all interactions. Keen to learn, grow and contribute to a positive team culture. Experienced in supervising a small team. At least 18 years old – licence requirement by the Security Industry Authority. Punctual, dependable, flexible and assured. Ideally SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence holders. SIA CCTV licence holders. Able to work 12‑hour shifts covering days, nights and weekends.

• Lead, motivate and support the team of Logistics Security Officers, ensuring high standards of performance and conduct.
• Coordinate shift schedules, manage attendance and oversee daily deployment of officers.
• Provide coaching, training and ongoing development to team members.
• Conduct regular briefings and debriefings to ensure effective communication and operational readiness.

• Oversee all aspects of access control, vehicle screening and goods movement within the loading bay ensuring chain of custody integrity.
• Ensure compliance with estate security protocols, including ANPR, CCTV and visitor management systems.
• Monitor and review incident reports, logs and handover notes for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate high‑risk or high‑value deliveries, implementing enhanced security measures as required.

• Liaise with delivery personnel, contractors, facilities teams, tenant representatives and the Control Room to ensure smooth logistics operations.
