Security Shift Leader

We are looking for a Security Shift Leader to lead our hotel security team at Park Plaza Westminster
. As a shift leader you will provide peace of mind by keeping everyone in our hotel safe and secure.

You will ensure employees, guests and visitors’ safety and security within the hotel and effectively manage the security department during day and night shifts.

• Has excellent interpersonal skills and can connect with others
• Ensures employees, guests and visitors’ safety and security within the hotel
• Is knowledgeable in all security and safety standard operating procedures and fully trained in the hotel emergency, crisis procedures and evacuation protocols
• Will effectively manage their department and be a hands‑on shift leader
• Is available to work day and night shifts
• Has previous experience as a Senior Security Officer or Security Shift Leader
