Position Overview

We are hiring a Customer Success Manager who embodies our core values:
People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity. The role is based in the United Kingdom and requires a UK‑based candidate with full proficiency in English.

Responsibilities
  • Own customer happiness and retention, serving as the primary point of contact for top‑tier customers.
  • Build and nurture relationships at all levels, including C‑suite executives.
  • Guide customers through a customized journey that delivers desired business outcomes and positions you as a trusted advisor.
  • Orchestrate internal teams (Support, Product, Sales, Deployment) to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor customer health and usage, proactively addressing challenges to maximize product value.
Requirements
  • 3‑5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role within a B2B cyber/OT environment (preferably SaaS or technical product).
  • Track achievement of customer objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams such as Support, Deployment, Product, and Sales.
  • Experience working with Cyber Security stakeholders.
  • Previous consulting experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to travel (25%).
