• Annual Salary: £30,960
• Hours/Working Pattern: 7am-7pm, 4 on 4 off

• Carrying out regular patrols of the estate, including car parks, walkways, gardens, and internal corridors
• Monitoring and reporting any health and safety or security concerns
• Managing access control and visitor sign-ins, including contractors and service personnel
• Logging incidents and maintaining accurate records in the security log
• Supporting the concierge team with day-to-day operations
• Ensuring all keys are signed in/out correctly and securely stored
• Upholding company policies and procedures at all times

• Previous experience in a high-end customer service or security environment
• Confident handling of sensitive or confidential information
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and procedures

• A calm, professional, and respectful approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player who’s proactive and detail-oriented
• Committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Culturally aware and sensitive to the needs of others

• A valid and in-date SIA License (must be maintained throughout employment)
