Join us as a Corporate Security Officer at United Builders Service, Inc. You will represent CIS Security as a trusted ambassador, delivering exceptional security services and outstanding customer care within a landmark central London development that offers over 180,000 sq. ft. of cutting‑edge office space in the city’s growing Knowledge Quarter.

  4 On 4 Off – Days & Nights

• SIA Licence required.
• Corporate Security, Concierge or Front of House experience for at least 1 year – an advantage.
• Experience in ex‑forces would be an advantage.
• Must be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends and adapt to operational needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service at all times.
• Excellent command of English and good IT skills.
• Reliable, responsible and punctual.
• Friendly, professional, courteous and outgoing.
• Take pride in your appearance, ensuring immaculate presentation.
• Flexible approach to daily duties and additional events on site.
• First Aid qualification & CCTV SIA Licence are desirable.
• Confident in undertaking 100% of all specific duties.
• Provide all requested documentation and vetting information.

• Deliver high-quality guarding and customer service to clients and service users.
• Work both independently and as part of a team, proactively using initiative.
• Remain calm under pressure and handle confrontational situations confidently.
• Physically fit to complete internal and external patrols, standing/walking during shifts.
• Write incident and shift reports accurately.
• Maintain a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour with open body language.
• Efficiently manage visitors and staff, ensuring exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
• Operate various Access Control and CCTV systems and platforms (including integrated systems).
• Compose and respond to emails appropriately.
• Exercise command and control, communicating effectively with peers and management.
• Understand the Corporate Escalation Process and disseminate information timely during emergencies.
• Conduct opening & closing procedures, patrolling, reception duties, access control, telephone reception, and emergency procedures.
